Subscription FAQs
Each fill is up to ~40 lbs — the capacity of our branded laundry bag. We’re reasonable about a couple pounds over (a comforter included), but consistently filling well over 40 lbs/bag means a regular per-pound order is a better fit.
If you only use 1 of your 2 fills in a given month, the unused fill does NOT roll over — the subscription resets on the 1st. Most members hit both fills; the savings still beat per-pound even if you only use one.
Yes — change plans at the counter anytime. Mid-month switches are prorated.
Walk in or call. No contracts, no holds, no cancellation fee. We’ll honor any remaining fills for the month you’ve already paid for.
Optional. Most members start on the 1st of the month for clarity, but if you want to start mid-month we’ll prorate the first month at the counter.
Absolutely. We track the subscription on your customer profile, so anyone in your household can drop off using your name and we’ll deduct the fill from your monthly count.
