1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, calling our team, dropping off laundry, or booking pickup/delivery, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Service Availability
- Self-service laundromat access is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- Wash, Dry & Fold same-day processing requires drop-off between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
- Service availability may vary based on demand, holidays, maintenance, or weather.
3. Wash, Dry & Fold Tier Terms
Published service tiers and starting rates are:
- Bachelor’s Special: $1.25/lb (wash & dry only)
- Family Bargain: $1.75/lb (wash, dry & fold)
- Busy Body Express: $2.25/lb (same-day, drop-off window applies)
A 14 lb minimum applies to all tiers.
4. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup/delivery service is available within a 10-mile radius, subject to scheduling and route capacity.
5. Item Acceptance and Care Limits
- No area rugs are accepted.
- Bath and kitchen mats are accepted.
- Do not submit items with blood, urine, or feces contamination.
- Garments requiring specialized dry cleaning or restoration are outside standard service scope.
6. Bag and Packaging Policy
- Wash, Dry & Fold orders over 30 lb receive a nylon Lottie’s logo bag.
- Pickup/delivery orders receive a complimentary Lottie’s logo bag.
- Bag availability may vary based on supply.
7. Payments and Billing
Payments are due according to service flow (drop-off, pickup, or delivery completion). Contact us promptly for billing questions.
8. Turnaround and Liability
Turnaround windows are targets, not guarantees. Lottie’s Laundromat INC. is not responsible for delays outside reasonable operational control.
Customers are responsible for checking pockets and identifying sensitive care instructions before service.
